How it works

    Send the slip

    Tell us who needs what and where. We confirm the certificate type and delivery day.

    Applicant verifies

    The certificate holder completes identity verification with the Certifying Authority. Nobody can do this for them, and we will walk them through it.

  3. 03

    Certificate issued

    Once approved, a CCA-licensed Certifying Authority issues the certificate onto a hardware token.

  4. 04

    Token at your door

    Same day in the inner ring, next day in the outer. Plug in and sign.

Which class of DSC do I need?

Class 3. Class 2 was discontinued from January 2021, and Class 3 is what filings on MCA, GST and Income Tax portals use today. E-tenders often want a signing and encryption pair, so check the tender document or send it to us.

Does same-day delivery include the verification?

The clock depends on the applicant. Verification is done by the certificate holder with the Certifying Authority, and the token goes out once that clears. Tell us your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.

Can I reuse my old token?

Sometimes. The ecosystem is moving from FIPS 140-2 to FIPS 140-3 hardware, and older tokens may not qualify for new issuance. Send us the model when you renew and we will check it before you pay for anything.

How long is a certificate valid?

Usually one to three years, depending on the option the Certifying Authority offers. Most firms pick the longest term so they renew less often.

Do you work with firms that have many clients?
